4. TENDER PRESENTATION
At your tender presentation we will take you through your tender in depth, and you will have all of your questions answered. We will lock in your current pricing as well as any promotions and offers. You will also be assigned your Client Relationship Officer who will guide you through the administrative process and prepare your file for construction.
5. CHOOSE YOUR INTERNAL & COLOURS
This is where you can really make your mark, with our beautiful array of colour selection options. Be empowered to make your house your home, instilling a sense of your individual taste to create a special living space within and beyond.
6. PLANNING APPROVALS
We will take care of and submit your paperwork for BASIX assessment as well as engaging all relevant approval authorities for your building approvals.
7. SITE PREPARATION
Once all of the building approvals have been received and we have received your authority to commence from your lending body, we will prepare your file for construction.
8. TIME TO BUILD!
This is where your dream comes to life! We will be in contact with you fortnightly with updates on your build. During this time you will also have on- site meetings with your Site Supervisor to walk through your home as it is being built.
9. PICK UP YOUR KEYS
You will meet your Site Supervisor on site for a final walk through to complete your quality inspection and handover, you will also be given your keys.
